Will Buzz Lightyear sue Beyonce for her use of his trademark quote?

Unfortunately we have all heard Beyonce's latest "hit" : if you like it then you should have put a ring on it OH OH NOOOOOO! Anyway, she uses the phrase "to infinity and beyond" several times during this little gem and I just busted up laughing when I heard this. I was immediately reminded of the movie Toy Story where Buzz Lightyear shouts "to infinity and beyond" and sets about his mission to save the day. I wonder if Buzz (Pixar) will sue her low talent for using that saying? Hope so!
