Are people with no/limited education and skills entitled to something more than what "trickles down"?

I agree with your position but there a third position. Some people don't have the opportunity or the ability to get an education. Most union jobs require some professional training, but I don't think they should get more then someone who works their a## off without pay, or invests or risks there hard working money for potential future benefits
