I NEED MAJOR ADVICE PLZ HELP!!!!?

hi, I'm a teen who is gay and i have a Monster crush on a another guy who is my best friend in the world. Im very confused because he sais he is straight but he does not act like it. one thing that made me think he was is that he kissed me on the cheek... more like a peck but still a kiss. (yet he would never kiss his 1 and only 1 girlfriend even on the cheek) Its happened 3 times and he has almost kissed me on the lips, he gets very close within a centimeter then pauses then backs away but its like he has kissed me, he also licked my face. another thing, he lets me mage his feet, back, caves, thys,and his belly.we went to a movie and it was cold so we snuggled the whole time he even put his arm around me 3 times, once we hugged and he lifted my and his shurt and hugged me it was awesome. hes also danced around nacked but he sais hes straight and that he is Mormon he also talks about getting marred, i have never had a person who i love do this, i have been life flow wating for him to make his move but yesterday we were texting and i have been out of town for 2 days and he was asking how it was and i said it was good and i miss hanging out with him, HE GOT PISSED saying that we were not going out and treated me like crap i tried to talk about it but but he just kept saying wharever ( i have nevver seen him like that bc we get along great i think he had a bad day) since than i have been heartbroken and very depressed i cant wait any longer i want him soooo bad and im miserable! so, what do you guys think is he bi gay and trying just to hide it, or is he just being a prankster and been joking this whole time, the friendship has been getting stronger but im just not sure im very worried that he just kidding, if he is i will be crushed:( i love him so much but i dont know if does... thx to all who answers maturely and godbless all and thanks for reading i need all the help i can get... im very desperate!!!!!!!!
