Who remembers Bill Wyman and the 13 year old girl, Mandy Smith?
Why wasn't he labelled a kiddy fiddler? Why did he get away with it? Why wasn't Mandy Smiths mother, who introduced her daughter to the Predator , charged with Child abuse?
