Why is yahoo having so many "bugs" lately?

I have been having so many problems with yahoo programs lately. first i tried to upgrade my mail to Y mail plus, but always got an error message. then i contacted yahoo a couple times before they got back to me and said the problem was fixed. so i tried again and had the same problem. then a couple weeks later i tried upgrading my yahoo mysic jukebox program and got the same error message i got with my mail account. I tried to click ont the help on but it didn't work, I would click on it and nothing happened, the contact us ong didnt work either. then i asked for help through the email program since i couldnt get through in the music program, and the email got sent back as undeliverable. Is it just me or is this a widespread yahoo problem?
