How old do you have to be to have your biker's license in Illinois?

hey just turned 16 took a normal driver's ed cl already and have my permit. getting my license this summer, and im also getting a bike. I was wondering how old i have to be to take the biker's learner's test thing and how old i have to be to be able to ride alone in Illinois
