Can anyone please explain how NOW supports ist bigots and is still considered a "feminist" organization?

Your blurring the issues, egalitarianism is the outcome and ism is the male influence/cause being addressed. They are seperate things... and to achieve the outcome and defeat the cause - there may be a requirement for borderline anti-male practises to create a net outcome of equality.
