Daily anxiety is disrupting eating...?
I had that problem too but, in the end, i used to say to myself, "I know where the exits are. I know where the toilets are. I can escape it i need to". Then, i found that it was easier on me once i told people i had agrophobia & social anxiety. You'll be suprised. Most people are sypmathetic & understanding. People want to understand what your going through.You are not getting any phobias about food. You are just stressing yourself out. Now, i just say to myself "F*#k everyone. If im sick, im sick. If i lose control, too bad. If i need to leave, i will. If they don't understand, too bad". You need to be strong. You have to beat "IT". Dont let "IT" beat you.
