What camera should I use to fly an RC plane roughly 15 miles?

Me and a mate are trying to fly our bird from our local field in Nottingham, to a field in Derby, so obviously we would need some form of tracking to land it safely (its very expensive!) Does anyone know of a camera which we could track live so that I could pilot our plane this distance??
