How much it cost to exchange propane tank at Lowe's?

I am pretty sure it's between $25-$40 dollars... We bought a brand new tank there, and it was pretty expensive...when we found out how much it cost to refill it - we were floored! There's a little "beverage" shack out where we live, and they refill it for about $8. Niiice. Try to find somewhere else who does it - like a liquor store or something.
