Can I make and fill crepes with cottage cheese and then freeze them until next weekend?

firstly u cant freeze crepes they will fall apart and secondly ricotta is a better cheese for filling =) you can always fill them with ricotta and get some frozen berries.. cook them in the pan with some sugar until they become saucy then drizzle them over the stuffed ricotta crepes =)
