Swine-flu?????????????????????…

Swabs haven't been done to routinely test for novel H1N1 flu for quite some time. By the way, swine flu is for pigs. People get novel H1N1 flu. Not just anyone with novel H1N1 symptoms is tested. Diagnosis is based primarily on symptoms. If some one has flu severe enough to be hospitalized (and probably severe because of an underlying condition that predisposes them to flu-related complications), that individual will be tested for novel H1N1 flu.
