Someone please help me!!!! PLEASE!!!?

my dad move to atl when i was 8 for his girl friend and i he called almost every sunday sense. But i dont really like talking to him because he moved. I LOVE MY DAD ALOT, but i have alittle anger towards him. when my brother asked him for money and my dad refused to give it to him because he said he only calls when he wants something. my brother said your not worth anything and my dad has not talked to him sense. I dont call my dad out of anger and he things i dont love him but i do i love him with all my heart. I really want singing lessons but my mom wont pay for it. and im scared to ask my dad for it because he might not talk to me any more. what should i do?
