How can I scan virus and get rid to this message box ( internet explore stop working).?

I have tried to fix this message (internet explore stop working) that just don't go away. Message ask me to turn on DEP which I have over and over and still pops up. What else can I do to get rid this message? Any suggestions would appreciate. Thank you.
